Set Circle of Affliction to green and use it.

It would be extremely difficult to do turn three as it is. At the very least, The bracers cost 3 to equip.

2-IB

For a grand total of 10 mana. It IS possible to get that turn two, but atypical considering the exact mana neeeded is BGG7.
So if we assume the opening hand is Mox Emerald, SoS, EoDS, Forest, Elvish Spirit Guide, CoA, and IB... You would need to top deck a Dark Ritual in order to pull it off turn two.
