With Enchanted Evening in play, play Echoing Calm targeting one of your opponents basic lands that is a type that you don't have. If they are using a monocolor deck, you will probably not be their favorite person.

Or even better, follow up with a Scour to empty their deck of land.

The land destruction is when you cast Echoing Calm naming their basic land, which is now an enchantment, thanks to Enchanted Evening. For example, when you cast Echoing Calm targeting their enchantment named Forest, you destroy all other Forests in play.
