Have Hive Mind in play. Cast Dommsday. Cast Diminishing Returns. Win.
You win due to the timing of APNAP. Yor spell goes on stack first since it's your turn. Opponents' spells resolve first, so they have to draw from their  empty library first. Until you have to draw they all lost...!-)
