Play massacre wurm then drop n.a. as an instant. If opponent has as many land as this combo costed you'd torch 9 land for 18 damage add in dingus egg a few turns earlier and you would deal 36 damage while destroying opponents 9 lands! OUCH!

You also could play NA in your first main phase and the Wurm in the second main phase.
As you play it the stack would be the same way that first NA resolves and then the Wurm triggers the etb effect.
