Put painter's servant in play and say blue. Next get norrit out. Now asap get splinter twin attached and tap to make another norrit. Now use the copy to untap original. Repeat obscenely then sac. all of them to altar for the win.

Just use aphetto alchemist to take away a card to play this faster. Or seeker of skybreak. Both work very well with it.

I like it. I think Norrit is more for flavor. Midnight Guard, as well as the cards above would let you take out painter's servant.

I get that milling is the point of this combo but I'm always leary of it since EDH is full of Eldrazis, Collosi, and Wurms. I would replace the altar with Pandemonium or Blasting station since very few people in EDH build around direct damage.
