In lieu of the dual-Semblance Anvils, you can also use 2x Heartless
Summoning, 3x Cloud Keys, or just have a Mycosynth Golem out and some
other artifacts.
The point here is to make Bottle Gnomes cost
zero to cast. Play it for free, pop the cap on those yummy bottles, they
get sent back to your hand because of Enduring Renewal, and you keep
playing and sacrificing them to gain infinite life.
For some additional shenanigans, toss in a Mortician Beetle to gain infinite life and have an infinity/infinity creature.
Try not to drink yourself to death though.
