Get all 3 perms. In play then play undying evil asap now sac. Kpkusho for 1 mana this will drain five life and gain u five. Pay the 1 mana u got and 2 life to remove +1+1 counter from kokusho and sac. Again and again. Infinite life gain opponent life drain and a pumped up parasite! Yes!

The Combo does not work.
The effect from Undying evil only lasts until you sacrifice the Dragon for the first time. The Dragon will enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter due to the triggered effect of the undying ability he had when he left but WITHOUT undying ability since he enters as a new object.
This is similar to the Combos with Cauldron of souls. You Need to untap/tap them anew each time the creature re-entered the battlefield to grant persist again.

This works with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed which grants undying as a "static" ability.

However it comes to play recognized as the original creature i targeted until end of turn. Then remove it's counter and it would go yo grave with undying again would it not? Since i removed its +1+1 counter.

Focus on posts from gericault5, he explains it much better than me.

He is right, we've gone over this with persist and that Cauldron. Same thing with Undying.

If a Llanowar Elf is in play. You play Giant Growth on it, making it get +3/+3 and it is now a 4/4. Someone terrors it (I don't care who). You bring it back into play with Zombify/Resurrection/Unburial Rites. How big is the Elf? It is a 1/1.

Giant Growth, like Undying Evil, says "until the end of turn". This effect is still nullified if the creature leaves the battlefield. Yes, even blinking a creature will get rid of this stuff, so beware.
Now PHASING.... luckily there is no card that currently exists that would make us have to deal with such a conundrum (since phasing creatures don't technically leave the battlefield, but they aren't technically on it either.)
