Play all 5 cards, then continue to sac ghost quarter to give them basics until they eventually destroy all the lands in their deck. Blood artist counteracts fastbond\\\'s loss of life, but note that two creatures die due to living plane. So this turns into infinite life, opponent's loss of life, and land destruction. Another thing to assist the combo would be bloodline keeper, but it's pretty brutal as it stands.

Oh, and I guess concordant crossroads to make it where the land can tap to sac it lol

The Ghost Quarter states "may search". Therefore you don't get infinite life, you get just life equal to the amount of opponent's lands destroyed.
After opponent has no more lands in play, you start destroying your own lands. Then you get 2 damage for Ghost Quarter and your destroyed land to replay and gain 2 life due to Blood Artist. Your opponent also loses 2 life. Repeat -> you keep your life at the same level but Opponent may lose infinite life.
