Simple here play u must be ahead in life by at least 1 to do this now pay all but 1 of your life to pump wall of blood up lets say for the sake of this you're at 20 and opponent 19. Grab the reins on your 19/21 wall of blood and have it deal 19 damage to your opponent by sacrificing it. Good old combo can't believe i'm the one posting it.

Thanks, Spidey! I knew there was better black version that gave you the life back, but I couldn't remember the name and it did not show up in Gatherer (with the wording I was using in my search).
