Put out living plane. Then asap play ghostway and hour of reckoning or any w.o.g. card and destroy both lands and creatures your opponents control while keeping yours.

Swap W.O.G. type card for Balance. Costs less and makes them sacrifice instead of destroy.

But balance is sometimes difficult to play, even if you lose more permannets than opponent. Therefore I prefer WOG and Ghostway.
