Inspired by reaper: in awe of godheads mill and TheCaptain: Fallen Angel

Set the Conspiracy to "human". When the angel hits the battlefield, respond to its etb trigger by sacrificing the angel. On resolution of the angel's etb triggered ability it  will bring the Angel back to the battlefield.
Repeat and mill opponents complete library or whatever sac engine you use.

Instead of the Angel you could use two Bladewing's Thrall and set the Conspiracy to "Dragons". This makes it mono black.

Shields of Velis Vel would not work in this situation because the creature leaves play. When it comes back into play it counts as a new creature. Since it came into play after the effect resolves, it does not get the bonus.

The game does indeed work this way. If you play Giant Growth on a Gravecrawler, kill it and then cast it from the graveyard during the same turn, it enters the battlefield a second time as a 2/1, not as 5/4.

Another way to prove this is your Caller of the Claw combo.

The best way is how people are able to play creatures the same turn that they have played Wrath of God, as it only effects the creatures in play at the time it resolved. It doesn't kill anymore creatures that turn after it has already resolved, that would be silly.

get nim deathmantle and ashnod's altar(again) to get infinite mana and make the angel of glory's rise back when sacrificing himself and another creature to get 4 of mana.

My only question for that suggestion is: why would you need mana if your opponents are going to lose as soon as they draw (typically right before their next first main phase)?
