This is why i posted the previous splinter twin combo this is most mana cost to do but more original and less visible. Get shard in play then asap play time warp. Take extra turn to play witness now return warp
o hand and return witness with shard. Play warp followed by witness do over and over til u win.

mnemonic wall instead of the elf makes this mono blue :)

Could go all blue for two extra mana
