Simple renewal combo here. Get all cards in play playing urchin last now when he hits play he makes a green.
Convert this to black now sacrifice urchin to force opponent to lose 1 life. Return urchin to hand from renewal. Repeat infinitely til death becomes them.

This does work. Aside from Enduring Renewal, this combo is surprising to see.
