Anvil is in here just incase my math is wrong. Sac Cathodion to the Altar, which nets 5 mana. Use 3 to draw a card and the other 2 to cast Cathodion. Cloud Key makes it one less...so yeah don't need Anvil, but with Anvil makes it free. I'm sure y'all will think of something better, but until then I have the only Infernal Tribute and Inheritance combos. Shuck it Trebek.

Someone used Inheritance in a combo and the combo is good! Amazing!

I know. It is weird, but possible. Gotta try for those unbelievable combos.
