Simple, have the three creatures out, and make one of their lands an island, then attack with both the Stonybrook and the Wanderwine, sacrificing the 1/1 token made by Stonybrook.

I don't play magic online... I play using Magic Workstation and Apprentice... If i'm going to pay for cards, i want it to be real cards... something i can see, smell and touch...
