Fairly standard infinite extra turn combo; have Tidespout and Mnemonic Wall on the field, cast Walk the Aeons to take an extra turn and bounce the Mnemonic Wall to your hand using the Tyrant, next turn play the Mnemonic Wall to return Walk the Aeons, recast, rinse and repeat.

Can substitute any extra turn effect instant/sorcery for Walk the aeons (its the cheapest $-wise), and can substitute Archaeomancer for Mnemonic Wall for extra redundancy. Can also use Silence, if its a two player game.

If you're just trying to make infinite turns, why not just play Conjurer's closet, bounce archaeomancer, and cast it again next turn? Would be cheaper, cost and mana wise, and it'd be easier to put in play. It's not bad, though.
