Godless Shrine is Obzedat. Isolated Chapel is Liquid Metal Coat(ing?)
It's demanding on your mana, but it is a lot of life per turn. Cast Obzedat, tap liquid metal to make it an artifact. Master Transmuter to put it back in your hand and drop another artifact. Tezz to untap liquid metal and transmuter. Rinse and repeat as needed.

A Combo with 3 colors and plenty of mana
You know that the planeswalker may only be used once a turn? The Transmuter can tap at most twice a turn!
That means, I either
- have to cast Obzedat three times, returning it twice by the transmuter to your hand; this would result in 6 life a turn for total 17 mana.
- start with Obzedat coming into play in the upkeep (2 life), transmute it to your hand, untap transmuter, cast Obzedat (2 life), transmute Obzedat to your hand and cast again (2 life), this would be 6 life a turn with 12 mana.
How do you get 10 life? Maybe Exsanguinate would be better.
