This blows Lure+Thicket Basilisk out of the sky. It also costs 2 less than Wrath of God.

I wouldn't say it blows lure/thicket out of the sky since your limited to what your opponent attacks with, while the other combo gets rid of everything they control.
Add master warcraft, siren's call, or some other method to force the attack and it would work better.

Even with Master Warcraft, the whole combo would still cost less than Plague Wind (and still be white).
