With animar out, cast leyline phantom. Creatures now cost 1 less to cast, and as soon as leyline attacks or blocks, it returns to your hand. Keep casting  it to gain +1/+1 counters on it and make everything cheaper as you go. Goes well with goblin electromancer and forced adaptation to really set the game in your favor :)
