On your opponent's turn, play Gemstone Caverns.

Play 2 Dark Rituals.
Play 2 Entombs, searching for 2 Eldrazis.
Play the Exhumes, returning both Eldazis to the battlefield.

The casting abilities don't activate though. >= (

Would be one hell of a starting hand....but this is why they banned Entomb back in the day.....lol.

I settle for 1 giant creature (this combo is why phage is the way she is) and an easier entomb exhume dark ritual swamp hand
