You should understand,

Swamp, DOTV, two welding jar, sac 1 and regenerate any other a artifact, then sac 2 one to regenerate 1, and one of them is placed in graveyard to regenerate the other, repeat until your opponent has no life.

Now it works!!

Sorry. Sacrificing welding jar doesn't destroy it. You can only regenerate when it will be destroyed.

701.13. Sacrifice
701.13a To sacrifice a permanent, its controller moves it from the battlefield directly to its owner’s graveyard. A player can’t sacrifice something that isn’t a permanent, or something that’s a permanent he or she doesn’t control. Sacrificing a permanent doesn’t destroy it, so regeneration or other effects that replace destruction can’t affect this action.

701.11. Regenerate
701.11a If the effect of a resolving spell or ability regenerates a permanent, it creates a replacement effect that protects the permanent the next time it would be destroyed this turn. In this case, “Regenerate [permanent]” means “The next time [permanent] would be destroyed this turn, instead remove all damage marked on it and tap it. If it’s an attacking or blocking creature, remove it from combat.”

Again, as pointed out, WRONG!

Regenerate does not work with Sacrifice.

Learn the rules.

Sorry bud, sacrificing a permanent does not destroy it, and regenerate only prevents destruction.

This is just to hopefully help you understand how it all works.
So lets say you had disciple of vault out and you had an ornithopter out (just for example) and a welding jar.
You get attacked with a 3/3 and defend with your 0/2 ornithopter.
You decide to sac the welding jar to regenerate the ornithopter.
All damage would then be removed from the ornithopter it would become tapped and removed from combat.

Now since you sac'd welding jar it is put into the graveyard from the battlefield. You may have an opponent lose one life, but only one because the ornithopter never went to the grave yard.

Listen, you cannot regenerate a sacrificed creature. It is as simple as that!
