Speaks for itself I think....
Imprint Silence on your scepter, cast at the start of every upkeep....
Seedborn keeps your scepter and lands untapped every turn to repeat for each opponent....
For some more fun, once they're on lockdown, run some Howling Mines and Ebony Owl Netsukes.......keeping all their hands full, which damages them.

Not bad. Doesn't stop Instants of course, which they can play in response to Silence going on the stack - they could destroy the scepter with Naturalize, etc.

True....but in my play group they won't play this deck anymore because I run things like Devoted Caretaker , Dawn Charm, and Rebuff the Wicked in there as well. The charms and rebuffs also conveniently fit under the spare Isochron's that come out. It's not a hard lock by any means, but it works very well most of the time.
