Imprint splinter on the mirror with the lattice in play, and enjoy exiling the opponents deck piece by piece. With another mirror out, play time warp on it or something and control the game entirely. But this will annoy anyone up against it lol
And if you're going against a mono colored deck, you really don't need the panoptic mirror.

Actually, if you add a Time Stretch, you should be able to alternate between that and Splinter every other extra turn, saving yourself an extra Mirror.

Oh really? Didn't know that. That's actually really cool though :). I'm gonna run this combo in a deck i'm building to mess around as much as possible lol. And just saw the splinter card haha

I thought you could only cast one per upkeep though?
 
And just realized what time stretch was lol. Edh legal though, so nice :)

Yes it is. Time Stretch gives you  TWO extra turns each time it goes off. This is why you would:
1:Panoptic TS.
2:First extra turn from TS Panoptic Splinter instead of TS.
3:Second extra turn from TS Panoptic TS.
4:Return to step two.

Yeah lol. When he said it, first thing that came to mind was time warp lol. But if you start with lands you should be alright, other than commander really. That would take way too long lol.
