You must not be familiar with how Orzhov works. The idea is to cripple your opponent and slowly drain his/her life away. Gotta pay the tithe to the Church of Orzhov. The tithe is your life.

No offense but Dimir is the slowest guild. It's fragile and zero fun to play against. I don't like them very much needless to say. XD

Ozhov's got style at least! Taking sips from your life while you are chained to the floor getting drooled over by thrulls.... Doesn't it just make you shiver with glee?
