Kresh is the general. Basically do nothing but kill creatures with removal and sac outlets with recursion in tow.

Nim Deathmantle + Grave Titan + Ashnod's Altar... Quite a bit easier to set up IMO. Death's Presence and that demon are large costs for an interaction that is subpar to a cheaper infinite combo. Kresh really likes Soul's Fire and Soul's might btw :P

Nim Deathmantle only works for Artifacts Ashnod's Altar yes depending on it's price. Avatar of Woe, Festerhide Boar, Briarhorn (evoked every time), Fallen Ideal, Golgari Guildmage, Yoke of the Damned, Harvester of Souls, Llanowar Empath and Valakut Fireboar.

nim deathmantle doesn't work on tokens. It works on any other creature.
