Alternative title: His Blindness F**ks Up the Color Pie!
Destroying permanents with blue! Add in Isochron Scepter to do it again! And again... And keep doing it until you don't have any more friends!
Disregard Gainsay and Flashfreeze!
How it works:
Have Blind Seer in play. Play Isochron Scepter exiling any of the above instants. You now have the power to destroy ANY permanent by using Blind Seer(Urza)'s ability to change the color of any targetable permanent to red and blowing it up.
Add in Training Grounds or Heartstone for even cheaper destruction/countering!

I understand what you are doing, but I don't understand why. Isochron Scepter takes 2 to activate. Blind Seer takes 2 to activate.
Why not use put Counterspell on Isochron Scepter? Leave Urza out of the picture.

It's the repeatable red permanent destruction for 2U that's important.
I guess I shouldn't have included Flashfreeze or Gainsay because there are certainly better counter options when it comes to the scepter. I put in all the counters I use in the deck.
ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE DISREGARD FLASHFREEZE AND GAINSAY.
