yeah but if they have an odd number of cards in there deck, then they end up with one card in their deck.
of course such can be fixed with:

i know what you are saying, but one quick note, drawing two cards would still leave them with an odd number. Sorry, that sounded rude

Well if he has odd number of cards in his deck then memory slice might be good to solve that problem...

no hes right....if i had 53 cards left, the first spell would leave me with 27, then the second spell would cause me to put 26 cards, which will be resolved with drawing 2 cards...then next turn, they lose

Well actually, because you would draw the first card and have 0 cards in your deck, the you would be unable to draw the second one thus losing then, not having to wait till their next turn.
