Guys i have a question.... Lets say I play a creature with an ability like  "Tap: Sac a creature, deals one damage to target player"

I summon him on my turn, he has summoning sickness so cant tap

during opponents turn, can i tap and sac a creature and kill one of their creatures? or does he still have sickness?

also it says sac A creature, so can i sac myself? and if i do, will the damage go through to player?

Your creature only loses it's summoning sickness if it's been under your control since the beginning of your own turn, so no, you can't activate it's ability on your opponent's turn right after it's been summoned.

As for your second question, I'm not sure what you're asking but I think what you mean is if he's able to 'sac himself to fulfill his own activation cost - and the answer is yes. The only way he wouldn't be able to is if the wording said "sacrifice another creature." And yes, unless your opponent has some way of preventing the damage, then it would go through.

[EDIT] Also, make sure you read the wording carefully; if the card says deals 1 damage to target player, then you can't deal damage or kill creatures with that 1 damage.
