1. Bump when your post is no longer on the front page. Remember that we are not paid to be on this forum and some of us have lives/need time to do research/ need sleep.

2. No, it doesn't. In order for the spell to be played endlessly Elkin Bottle would have to exile it each time. I had a Jester's Scepter combo that failed because it couldn't do the same thing you wanted to achieve.
My sources: (gatherer's discussion on Spelljack, specifically with it's interaction to Leyline of the Void).
It was a good attempt at a combo, even if it sadly doesn't work.

3. I need the context of your "limbo" question to be completely sure, but I think that the usage makes it a synonym for "on the stack". Illusionary mask makes the creature enter the battlefield face down. This means any enter-the-battlefield triggers on the card do NOT occur, since the creature is face down. When the creature is turned face up, it has already entered the battlefield so such triggers do not occur. Don't think Palinchron, think Phyrexian Dreadnought.
Lastly the card is face down throughout the entire process of casting, stack, and entering the battlefield. The opponents do NOT get to see what the creature is until the terms dictated on Illusionary Mask or the card is successfully sent to the graveyard/exile/something of the like.

If i play Elkin bottle, get a instant / sorcery, it says " 3U T: Exile the top card of your library . Until the beginning of your next upkeep, you may play that card."

Play from where exactly? Everywhere?
Only exiled field and Hand? Is Graveyard included?

If the instant goes to the graveyard, Does it cut all ties to Elkin Bottle?
If I were to prevent the Instant from going to the Graveyard, such as returning to my hand (instead of going to graveyard) , or Being Exiled (instead of going to graveyard) Does it stay connected to Elkin, because it sill is "That Card" and it didn't reach the Graveyard?

If a Creature were to be played Instead of a Spell, Sent to the battlefield, Exiled from Battlefield, Would I be able to Cast "That Card"  again?

AND YA! you read my mind about limbo lol.. ok its called the stack! :P THX!

As the game develops and more cards are added the vocab changes, as do the rules, rather then go back and reprint every card that ever changed, they only have to update the text on the gatherer website (aka. the Oracle text).  The rules then specify that the wording of the oracle text overrides the text on the printed card.

There are 6 zones in the game- hand, grave, battlefield, library, stack, exile (in commander there is also a command zone).  when you use the bottles ability you move the top card from the library zone into the exile zone.  You then have the option to play it from the exile zone.  if you choose to cast it, it then moves from exile onto the stack zone, where it will sit until it resolves, after it resolves it then moves to the graveyard zone.

The bottle has whats known as a linked ability.  When the bottle moves the card to exile it creates a link with it, that says you can play this card from the exile zone (note it doesn't matter how many cards are in the exile zone, the link is only with this one).  When you cast it and it goes to the stack it changes zones, and the rules state whenever a card changes zones it becomes a new object and loses all ties to previous connections.  IE-it loses the connection to the bottle when you cast it, which is before the graveyard or the opportunity to return it to your hand.

If a Creature were to be played Instead of a Spell, Sent to the battlefield, Exiled from Battlefield, Would I be able to Cast "That Card"  again?
As above, it changed zones and is therefore a new object with no connection to the bottle
