Blue Sun is Omniscience, Island is Talrand's Invocation. Ult tamiyo with omniscience out to loop for two drakes a cast. Another way to do this on a budget is Talrand, Sky Summoner, Archaeomancer, Unsummon/Saving Grasp, Omniscience.

how do u get enough mana to cast omniscence before the enemy wins? lol are there any mana gaining combos that are effective?

Could go power artifact+ basalt monolith or just cast show and tell or something lol. Don't need ramp. But just in case, it's there lol

Just have to point out that if you can have Tamiyo's ultimate and Omniscience in play you had better be able to win the game with out needing to wait for a bunch of drakes to lose summoning sickness.
