use Erayo, Soratami Ascendant, Arcane Laboratory and any 4x 0 cost spells to make opponent unable to play anything for the rest of the game

yes commander legal, as long as erayo isn\'t the commander for the deck

it allows the one who controls it to play 1 spell on their turn, only one, and opponents cant play anything

How about using Curse of Exhaustion, it works really well because only you opponent can't cast more then one spell.

The curse only targets one opponent so it is almost useless in multiplayer.
