In this case, the island is actually Omniscience. When omniscience is cast, first play the wand, then chronarch/ archaeomancer to fetch an instant. The great thing about this combo is that you can get call to heel from anywhere to play it. But once it's back in your possession, you can cast it to bounce chronarch back to your hand and repeat for infinite draw and damage. By the time 9 cards are drawn, you'll deal 45 damage to an opponent if you choose, or clear their field and still get them too :)

Another thing to get this out turn two, play sol ring and show and tell.

instead of heel, use curfew.... It will prevent Milling yourself, if somehow they have REALLY high life, unless u want to draw lol

or unsummon lol. But draw is always nice and it gives a card advantage lol. Plus, unless they gain infinite life, they're not gonna survive a 3000+ hit lol. And you can choose when it stops. But this is something I came across in my first commander deck, so I stuck with it lol. But now I know a new card, and I appreciate the advice :)
