Cast Aether Tradewinds to bounce an opponents creature and Mnemonic Wall to their owner's hands then cast Mnemonic Wall to get it back. Do this repeatedly to always have a bounce spell on hand.

If you have infinite mana you can bounce all permanents you don't control :D

If you had infinite mana you could just play evacuation and then replay all of your permanents (one land a turn, who cares if you have infinite mana?).

i think you are thinking of upheaval, which is banned in most formats

but evacuation only does creatures (and isnt banned)
