This is a good combo...but not infinite. You cannot tap and reap the benefits of both "dual casting" and "paradise mantle" at the same time. So, a good combo that is limited to your amount of mana.

this is infinite

tap PP for 1 red mana,
spend this 1 red for activation of PP untap ability which provides 1 red mana. == 1 red mana in pool
tap PP for 1 red mana,
spend this 1 red for activation of PP which provides 1 red mana. == 2 red mana in pool
do this loop until you have enough red mana in your pool.
If you don't have a fireball at hand then cast a firebolt, spend 1 red mana from your pool and tap the PP spending 1 other red mana to activate the dual casting ability copying the firebolt. spend 1 red mana from your pool to untap the PP which provides another 1 red mana.....copy as often as you like to.

to make it simple just float X mana, where X is the number of times you want to copy the sorcery/instant...

Still don't get it... PP taps for 1 mana (with paradise mantle), then it has to spend that mana to untap itself. Training grounds cannot reduce a cost to less than 1. It doesnt tap for 1 and then cost zero to untap because of training grounds, if thats what you were thinking.

Have Pili Pala equipped with the paradise mantle and the training grounds in play. Activate the Pili Pala and make use of your fingers or a dice to count the mana floating.

@Jesscrazy - what you don't see is that when PP untaps, it also gives you one mana of any color... that's what you'll have after one cycle... then all you have to do is do it again... i think we are all used to seeing this text on a creature card "Tap: add one mana of any color to your mana pool" or something like it, that we don't see the "add one mana of any color to your mana pool" on PP's activated ability...

and also this combo is so awesome that i now made my pili-pala deck based on this combo, that means i put a lot of instants and sorceries in my deck, which makes a good way to control the board while i'm setting up the infinite mana combo...
