Really you can do this with any ETB effect but Essence Warden is a one drop so I went with that.

Have one Cloudstone Curio in play. Play the first Emissary. Play the second Emissary using the ETB mana, returning the first to your hand with the Curio. Repeat indefinitely. Every ETB instance gains you one life.

good find. Works also with these Priest of Gix  / Urabrask. I played it with 0cmc kobolds or ornithopters. Pandemonium, Warstorm Surge or Vigilante Justice would be a good add-on for you.

good combo there , but if you didn't have enough forest for mana , the infinite loop stopped .... no matter how you cast essence warden or burning tree emissary first ....

Each Emmisary supplies enough mana for the next Emmisary.

cloudstone curio : Whenever a nonartifact permanent enters the battlefield under your control, you may return another permanent you control that shares a card type with it to its owner's hand.

you have essence & cloudstone in play , u cast emissary (1 green mana floating, u return essence ,then u cast essence (with the floating mana), return emissary ,(then u got no more floating mana), means if you got not enough forest for mana , its not infinite loop anymore ... you get what i mean ? why don't u try it for real ...

because this combo only state essence + cloudstone + emissary , if have 2 emmisary , thats different story ....
