choose isochron scepter OR panoptic mirror

choose pemmins aura or freed from the reel

All auras on the artifact you chose to play,

repeatable counterspell to stave of many opponents in multiplayer while the arcane lab ensures they only play one spell per turn
freed from the reel untaps it so it is useable every turn that u want it ... and power artifact reduces the mana cost to 1 blue

if they get rid of arcane lab somehow, you can still counter a lot for 2 mana per (including cost to untap the artifact)

reminder, u dont need all of these... but having 4 of each in your deck will ensure your oponent will want to concede

Panoptic Mirror only casts the spell during your upkeep, so it is not useful here.

why do you have to complicate things???

just use errayo soratami ascendant then flip it then cast rule of law / arcane lab...

its a lock down to your opponents.... i have this in my grand arbiter deck.

everybody hates that deck so i often use it. but with grand arbiter, it easy to flip errayo and lock

everyone else except you.

you dont habe to make it complicated like this... tsk tsk tsk
