This is awkward because it requires 3 mana colors and 4 other goblins on the field. I've been messing around with infect lately and if I understood the rules correctly, this should work yes?


1. Play Melira and Skirk Fire Marshal.

2. Enchant the Fire Marshal with Phyresis.

3. Tap goblins to activate the Fire Marshal.

4. Everyone but you gets 10 poison counters.

Technically yes, since it says that the fire marshall does the damage. So mean! Kind of like Heartless Hidetsugu with infect or lifelink.

im guilty of the heartless infect ... but i usually use it with stuff like pariah and stuffy doll

The idea behind this was a more-or-less guaranteed (there's always void slime) one-hit kill using infect. I decided an unblockable10/x with infect would be too many cards at once (though I suppose this combo requires quite a bit of setting up itself) so I went for a creature that could ping for 10.

I like the Heartless Hidetsugu but if they've pinged themselves or have been hurt by someone else in a multi-player game, you won't be hitting them for the full 10 needed to kill them in one hit. It's still amazing though as it doesn't require the extra goblins.

Just because i'd throw in krenko and intruder alarm to get infinite goblins and do all the infect that way as a backup lol. But nice combo :)
