Even if this doesn't somehow make you win the game during your next upkeep, you've basically cleared your opponent's chance of winning.
PS: This is NOT a good idea for multiplayer, unless you are running Aggravated Assault or something of the like. And Need for Speed or something to give this Hellkite haste.
