The whole point of this deck is to stack it. Goblin decks go fast, this is a way to make it go faster. As soon as you have the mana, (you can use a card like goblin war chief to speed this up although its not needed) play goblin recruiter and stack the deck like this:
Goblin ringleader
5on drops like goblin arsonist or mog flunkies
Goblin ringleader
4more one drops like mog sentry or goblin lackey

If you already have a ringleader in your hand you can skip stacking him as your first card. The reason this works so well is because the ringleader costs four, so once you reveal the next four cards you will be able to put four one drops out at once.

Is is especially effective if you have goblin chieftain, fervor and let's not forget quest of the goblin lord!

Gobs are really my favorite cards to play with, there are so many other cards that could make this combo so much better, but I figured people that knew gobs knew those cards

This kind of deck is extremely effective with goblin king and blood moon as well

Blood moon turns all duel lands into mountains, and goblin king gives all goblins mountain walk. In a mono red goblin deck the only nonbasic lands that I have found useful are teetering peeks which gives a target creature +2/0 and I have found smoldering spires which makes a target creature unable to block. (Both tap for mountain)
