key cards that should be in play:
Eternal witness paired with Deadeye Navigator + high tide and cloud of faeries in hand...

play high tide, exile eternal witness, return high tide (repeat)

when you are almost tapped out, exile deadeye, play cloud of faeries...

then repeat playing high tide, etc. FTW!

I see what you are trying to do, and it is powerful. However it is real world expensive because you also need green cards (hence island-forest dual lands to have High Tide make sense).

It will cost you 1 more than Eternal Witness, but with hightide you won't really know the difference: Archaeomancer.

From here you could use Aethersnipe, but if you have a Boomerang, you can just use the Archaeomancer+boomerang to bounce their permanents after you get bored of making infinite mana with Deadeye+Cloud of Faeries (post Arch+dead+hightiding in excess).

After you have cleared out your opponents' battlefield, just drop a Black Vise for each of them. Don't worry if you don't have enough to go around, you can kill off one at a time, then use Deadeye+Arch to return your boomerang whenever you need it, so you can recast and retarget with the B.V.
