Whenever an opponent discards a card, you may put a quest counter on this enchantment. At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, if that player has no cards in hand and this enchantment has two or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 5 life.

I do this in my mono black discard deck. Basically play Mind Sludge while you have Quest for the Nihil Stone and Guul Draz Specter out. You'll get at least 2 counters on Quest for the Nihil Stone and Guul Draz Specter will get +3/+3 making him a 5/5. Swing for 5 and next turn they'll lose 5 life, draw and if they play the card they draw Guul Draz Specter will get +3/+3 and if not then you can still use him to discard it next turn and they lose another 5 life.

Do this to keep your opponent locked while they lose life.

Add one Liliana's Caress and the game is basically settled.
