Make sure to have out Enchanted Evening then imprint Naturalize on Isochron Scepter, then pick & destroy their permanents. You can use Disenchant &/or Sundering Growth (it didn't recognize Sundering Growth) also.

I prefer primeval light or the combo version of the kid with the two guns (Aura Blast imprinted to the Scepter).
