I didn't see anything like this on here, so I'm adding it. Not technically a combo, just amazing synergy and some taking advantage of the rules.

Cast Gifts Ungiven, preferably on your opponent's end step. Choose Iona and Unburial Rites, but fail to find 2 other cards. Yes, that is allowed. As per the wording on Gifts Ungiven, those 2 cards have to hit the graveyard.

Next turn, untap and reanimate Iona, naming your opponent's colour. Basically this amounts to a one-card combo, because all you need in hand is the Gifts Ungiven.
