Turn one you play Simic
Turn two you play Treacherous (grafting on the counter)
Now that Treacherous has a +1/+1 counter, his undying won't trigger, and he won't come back under your opponents control. 5/4 flier for BB is pretty sweet.

If you wanna keep it standard, instead you can scavenge Slitherhead to get a counter for Treacherous.

I run this in a deck except I use Vile Rebirth when Treacherous Pit-Dweller is killed,  4/3 instead of 5/4 but you get to keep a 2/2 blocker in play even once your opponent tries to kill him.
