First, let us say that:
You have 20 life and your opponent has 20 life.

Step 1:
-Play Wall of Blood (Turn 3, usually).
Step 2:
-Wait until you have enough mana to play Essence Harvest, then pay 19 (or less) life for Wall of Blood's effect, making it a 19/21.
Step 3:
-Play Essence Harvest.
 You will gain 19 life, getting back all of your life you spent, and your opponent (assuming they were at 20 life) will lose 19 life and be at 1. You will have, in effect, spent your opponent's life instead of your own.

You can also use cards that boost Wall of Blood's power. Doing so will lessen the amount of life you need to pay to either kill or cripple your opponent. If you can get Wall of Blood's power above your opponent's life total, this combo will kill.

Be careful of counter-cards. If Essence Harvest is countered (and you have no more of them to play), then you will be in a lot of trouble.

Probably a good idea to pare with this combo.
have Grand Abolisher on board before setting this off. Casting Wall of Blood and knocking yourself down to one life with no protection could be band news :p
