The idea is to utilize the soul snuffer etb effect to get rid of the undying counters. Hunting Moa is used for keeping the Mikaeus alive and make him big or for generation of an even number of +1/+1 counters on the mindless automaton. Appropriate timing of the sacrificying also provides this even number.
Mindless automaton and necroskitter are not mandatory for this combo but provide a huge benefit.
The altar can be replaced by your favourite sac engine.

At the end you gain control of all creatures on the bettlefield (except this green legend is out there) and have a big Mikaeus.
