Sac the Mitotic Slime to the Phyrexian Altar, get two tokens, sac those for mana, get four tokens, sac those for mana; 7 mana floating (making sure one is black).
Use 4B of it to activate Nighteyes bringing back the Mitotic Slime from your graveyard.
Net 2 mana of any color each time. Infinite mana of any color combination with three cards is pretty sweet in my book. And all of these cards are good on their own!

use tormods crypt to remove opponents grave from the game... or haunting echos or your fav other card that does the grave removal

Remember that it only checks for an empty graveyard as the ability resolves. If there's no cards in the graveyard the ability can't be activated and if you try to remove the cards in response to the ability being activated it will be countered by the game rules and be removed from the stack. The only way to make him flip is to resolve the ability with only 1 card in the graveyard that the target is in. It still could work with Tormod's Crypt, though. If you opponent casts an instant/sorcery that won't put more cards in the graveyard besides itself then you can respond with the Crypt to remove the G/Y and then there'll only be 1 card in the GY so you can activate the ability :).
