have all three out, then during your upkeep:
at the beginning of your upkeep, your thran turbine and cloister both trigger.  put the cloister on stack first, followed by turbine.  let turbine ability resolve.  using the 2 mana, put the Tome's ability on the stack.  It resolves, then the Cloister does.  congratulations.  you now have a single player Font of Mythos.  not to mention youre protected against discard decks, and that if you need to, you can always use your tome on your opponents turn too (which if you do, you still get your Font effect, since you untap again before your upkeep)

heck, i could just sub in mindstorm crown for thran turbine + fools tome lol  freeing up 4 slots.
