add a phyrexian altar and 2nd creature with toughness 3 or more that costs 4 colorless mana or less to make infinite mana of your choice

you don't need the Altar and you won't get the mill from it since the heartlesses will make the Solemn 0/0

To make dracos combo work add a Brass Herald set to Golem or a Marshall's Anthem which makes the Solemn 3/3. I think gericault5 would agree on this!-) Looks like a bw Golem deck...

Instead of the phyrexian altar and 2nd creature I suggest to simply add one of the Attendants, they are all 3/3 with cmc 5 and have for activation cost of {1} and self-sacrifycing a benefit of 3 coloured mana, so per sacrifycing you will get 1 coloured mana. Enduring renewal with 2 heartless summoning is a mana engine itself.
Cathodian or Su-Chi also works (colourless mana).

Of course the altar of dementia gives you the deck mill and the Solemn Simulacrum lets you draw your library and put all lands into play, this should be enough with lots of attendants cast to have lots of etb triggers and a high storm count and hopefully a winning non-creature card in your lib!-))
