Have Scythe of the Wretched on Vulshok Sorcerer and Terminate on Panoptic Mirror. Panoptic Mirror will trigger during the upkeep, chain by tapping Vulshok Sorcerer to deal damage to your opponent's creature, Vulshok Sorcerer will resolve first due to the rule of chain then Panoptic Mirror will resolve killing the creature and gaining you control of it.

I think rather than the Mirror + Terminate, deathtouch (like Gorgon Flail for instance) might be a more elegant solution?

Or an option like Isochron Scepter for the kill spell as it'll let you do it any time during your opponent's or your turn.
